I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and change, and my role is to help you achieve your goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a Person-Centered Approach to help you gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors, and develop new strategies to cope with life's challenges.
